This program introduces you to the eastern outskirts of Kathmandu valley, with its picturesque landscapes and terraced rice fields. The highlight of the program is a visit to Namobuddha, one of the most important monasteries in Nepal, perched atop a hill overlooking the valley.

The ride is a moderate one, with lots of up and downhill and requires a good level of fitness. This is a fascinating way to travel the byways of the valley, visiting little-known villages, sacred groves and out of the way temples and monuments.
